Data Deletion Instructions

Use these instructions to disconnect a Meta account or request deletion of information stored by AAce.

Disconnect Facebook or Instagram

  1. Ask an authorized agency administrator to open the relevant tenant in AAce.
  2. Open Content Studio → Connections.
  3. Select Disconnect for the connected Meta account.
  4. Optionally open Facebook or Instagram account settings, find Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, and remove AAce.

Disconnecting stops AAce from using the stored connection for future publishing, engagement ingestion, and metric retrieval. It does not automatically remove CRM, content, engagement, or audit records created before disconnection.

Request deletion from AAce

Email aace@perti.io with the subject AAce Data Deletion Request. Include:

  • your name and reply email;
  • the agency, company, or AAce tenant involved, if known;
  • the connected Facebook Page or Instagram username, if the request concerns Meta data;
  • whether you want an AAce account, a connected account, or a customer/lead record deleted; and
  • any information that helps us locate the record without sending unnecessary sensitive data.

Do not email a password, access token, government identifier, or other unnecessary confidential information.

Verification and completion

We may need to verify your identity and authority before deleting information. When an agency or tenant controls the requested customer record, we may forward or coordinate the request with that organization. Our operational target is to complete a verified request within 30 days, unless applicable law requires a different period or limited retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

We will confirm completion using the reply address supplied with the request. Data may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups rotate out of service.

Requests from Meta

If you reached this page through Facebook or Instagram, the same process applies. Identify the Facebook Page or Instagram professional account connected to AAce so we can locate the corresponding tenant connection and related Platform Data.
