AAce release notes
A quick, plain-language history of what was added, improved, or changed.
Reliable contributor sign-out and session expiry
Agency contributors now have a persistent Sign out action in the Workspace header, including on narrow screens where the navigation footer is hidden.
Expired and revoked sessions now clear automatically and return the user to sign-in instead of leaving stale screens in a non-working state.
AAce rechecks authenticated sessions when a browser tab regains focus or visibility and while it remains open.
Ticket comment threads
Every Agency Operations ticket now has an append-only comment thread with multiple comments, author attribution, timestamps, and preserved line breaks.
Agency operators and contributors can add updates or questions directly from the ticket detail view, including on tickets they can view but do not own.
Agency contributor workspaces
Agency contributors now open directly into the Workspace for their one assigned agency, without access to dashboards, sales, clients, finances, tenant management, contracts, or engagements.
Contributors can create work, claim unassigned tickets, and edit, schedule, or unassign work they own or created; ticket permissions are enforced by the API as well as the interface.
Contributors participate in Team Economics through the existing capacity and hourly-cost controls, so their assigned work rolls into utilization, labor cost, and profitability.
Engagement work is populated on demand
Monthly work no longer generates automatically. Each engagement now has an explicit month-labeled action so the agency decides when its tickets and deliverables are populated.
AAmedia's existing work queue and generated monthly instances were reset while its clients, contracts, engagement definitions, and templates were preserved.
Multiple engagements from the client record
Agency administrators can add another engagement directly from an open client's Engagements & Delivery tab, even when that client already has active engagements.
Automatic monthly planning and clearer operating context
Agency administrators can choose the monthly day when AAce prepares every active engagement for the following month; current-month work continues to generate automatically and manual generation remains available as a recovery control.
Dashboard now leads with expected and actual net earnings plus expected, actual, and scheduler-available agency hours for the month.
Edited tickets retain their immutable generated title as a visible subtitle, preserving the client, deliverable occurrence, month, and originating engagement.
The Sales directory now uses the Handoff, Discovery, Pitch, and Close funnel and shows lead category and source instead of zero revenue.
The redundant Delivery navigation was removed; engagements, monthly fulfillment, templates, and generation controls remain together inside each client record.
Agency planning and financial control
The new monthly Dashboard compares expected and realized revenue, open and completed planned hours, planned and actual expenses, and overdue work across Service, Sales, and Total.
Engagements now support editable immutable versions, free-form service categories, expected expenses, and same-day, weekly, or custom per-item delivery dates.
Every ticket can be opened and edited wherever it appears, with richer context, assignment, priority, due date, planned costs, and completion-time actual labor and expense.
Workspace and Schedule are now one view: any ticket can open a daily employee planner and be placed directly onto the schedule.
Finances replaces Profitability with monthly client-level expected versus realized revenue, planned versus actual labor and expenses, projected margin, and manual payment confirmation.
Contracts where client work happens
Client-directory rows now open the client's contract directly without navigating through the full record first.
Engagement and monthly-delivery cards now link to the same editable client contract and its supporting files.
Direct contract editing continues to use signed-contract permissions and creates an immutable engagement version when signed commercial terms change.
Human-friendly provisioning and document migration
AAce now generates internal keys automatically for agencies, tenants, journeys, workflows, commitments, and reusable work templates, including safe handling of duplicate names.
Work-template dependencies are chosen by step name instead of requiring employees to type machine keys.
Agency sales records now accept private file attachments and named external links rather than one ambiguous related-file URL.
Existing lead forms and contracts can be uploaded, mapped into the AAce schema, reviewed as an editable draft, and saved with the original source attached.
Review-first lead enrichment
Open leads now include one Run enrichment agent action that uses the saved website or asks for the missing identity details it needs.
The agent researches the lead's official public website and returns field-by-field facts and assessments with confidence, rationale, source excerpts, and the original source link.
Agency staff choose exactly which recommendations to apply, and AAce preserves the research run, accepted fields, provider metadata, and account audit history.
Lead enrichment runs as tenant-isolated background work, rejects private network targets, and treats webpage instructions as untrusted content.
Accurate agency review counts
Archived tenants no longer keep their parent agency marked as needing workflow action or review.
Agency cards now state their active-tenant count, and archived tenant cards clearly show that they are excluded from active reviews.
Restoring a tenant reevaluates its existing workflow findings and returns unresolved items to the agency review queue.
Digital sales forms and contract delivery
Lead and discovery records now use structured, reusable digital worksheets based on AAmedia's existing sales process, with stable field keys ready for future agent population.
The contract builder uses the same service commitments as delivery engagements, including quantities, estimates, due rules, work recipes, descriptions, price, dates, terms, and acceptance details.
Signing a contract converts the account to a client and creates or versions one linked engagement automatically, avoiding duplicate contract and delivery setup.
Contracts can be printed or saved as a polished agency-branded PDF with the client scope, monthly price, effective date, terms, and signature block.
Reusable tenant templates
New tenants can start from another active tenant in the same agency, copying reusable journeys, workflows, forms, email templates, campaign structure, deployments, styling, and design assets.
Template creation keeps customer records, interaction history, company knowledge, tenant contacts, credentials, and active campaign enrollments isolated from the new tenant.
Authenticated navigation now displays a neutral workspace-loading state instead of briefly flashing the sign-in page.
Agency Operations operating loop
Agency administrators can define a client's engagement, monthly revenue, start date, and repeatable service commitments in one place.
Generating a delivery month creates one trackable deliverable and ready-to-claim work item for every promised unit without producing duplicates.
Engagement changes create immutable new versions, so prior delivery months retain the exact plan that produced them.
Starting, completing, or waiving generated work now rolls up automatically to deliverable and monthly-cycle fulfillment, while client revenue reflects active engagements.
Reusable, immutable work templates turn onboarding and recurring client promises into coordinated multi-step work with dependencies.
Sales records guide each account from lead brief through signed contract, creating stage-specific work and launching client onboarding automatically.
Completed work can link directly to validated email, social, form, campaign, journey, and workflow outputs in the client's AAce tenant.
List, board, personal-work, and schedule views help employees claim, organize, and deliver work from one shared workspace.
Team scheduling, weekly capacity, effective labor cost, client profitability, and optional Google Calendar synchronization connect agency work to its real delivery cost.
A background dispatcher safely prepares recurring delivery cycles ahead of each month without creating duplicates.
Client records now contain their own engagement, delivery, and work views; account revenue is derived only from active engagements; work can be unassigned; and administrators can safely remove work, deliverables, or engagements.
Kanban cards can be dragged between valid workflow columns, with the same dependency and transition checks applied by the server.
Agency Operations foundation
Agency users now choose between a dedicated Agency Operations workspace and the existing Client Experience tenant manager.
Added one agency account directory for leads, active clients, former clients, sales stages, monthly revenue, and optional AAce tenant links.
Added a shared agency work queue with estimates, due dates, controlled statuses, atomic claiming, assignments, and actual-time confirmation.
Every account and work change is recorded for inspection, while revenue is hidden from ordinary agency staff and super administrators retain complete cross-agency access.
Signed Amazon SES event callbacks
Amazon SES callbacks now rely on verified SNS signatures and the tenant's exact configured topic ARN, removing a redundant URL secret from future access logs.
Least-privilege Amazon SES delivery
Tenant campaign email now uses Amazon SES structured HTML delivery with standards-based unsubscribe headers, avoiding an unnecessary raw-email IAM permission.
Truthful Amazon SES delivery tests
Full-delivery tests now report a provider failure immediately when Amazon SES does not accept the message, while retaining the durable retry record for inspection.
Safer Amazon SES acceptance testing
Full-delivery tests now support Amazon's official success, bounce, complaint, out-of-office, and suppression simulators while preserving the sandbox recipient guard.
Opening a campaign unsubscribe link now shows a confirmation page instead of immediately changing consent, preventing automated link previews from unsubscribing customers.
Email-provider one-click unsubscribe requests continue to suppress future marketing immediately through the standard secure POST flow.
Journey-scoped workflow hygiene
Tenant review warnings now follow only workflows that are reachable from an authored customer journey, including nested workflow dependencies.
Unused workflow-library definitions no longer create tenant warnings or prevent a tenant from returning to green.
Connecting or disconnecting a nested workflow automatically adds or removes it from the hygiene scope without deleting the reusable workflow.
Actionable workflow reviews
Flagged tenants now open an in-context Review Manager showing exactly which journeys, workflows, drafts, live versions, nodes, and paths need attention.
Each validation finding links back to its definition and editor so operators can correct the underlying configuration instead of interpreting a generic warning.
Non-blocking compatibility reviews can be deliberately completed, while blocking workflow errors must be fixed and cannot be dismissed.
Review acknowledgements are audited and tied to the exact workflow content, so a later edit or deployment automatically reopens the review.
Safe Amazon SES live testing
Added sandbox-compatible SES delivery tests that still require a verified recipient before sending.
Pinned every SES connection and signed provider webhook to its exact tenant SNS topic.
Kept Live activation gated on AWS production access, DKIM, custom MAIL FROM, suppression, identity associations, and campaign compliance.
Aligned the production deployment blueprint with the working Gmail notification connection.
More natural human follow-up
Website chat now responds like a helpful company representative when an answer needs confirmation, instead of exposing internal confidence or knowledge-system language.
AAce gives any useful supported answer first, then clearly offers to connect the customer with someone who can provide a better answer.
Questions AAce cannot safely answer continue to create an inspectable tenant notification for human follow-up.
Agency provisioning and workflow hygiene
AAce super administrators can create isolated agency workspaces directly from the Agencies page, then enter them immediately to add demo or production tenants.
Added a read-only workflow hygiene service that checks every accessible tenant draft and live version against the current graph schema and runtime validation rules.
Agency and tenant cards now distinguish current workflows, recommended reviews, and blocking action without automatically modifying or redeploying customer journeys.
Newly created, saved, and published definitions are stamped with an explicit compatibility schema version for reliable future upgrade checks.
Polished form design controls
Fixed the Forms Studio page structure so tenant navigation remains in the left rail instead of appearing across the header.
Added field-order controls so form questions can be moved up or down before publishing.
Added replace and remove controls for form logos and hero images, plus an optional full-page background image.
Made desktop and mobile form previews explicit, persistent choices in the preview toolbar.
Reusable Forms Studio
Added a tenant Forms Studio for reusable field mappings, required and optional questions, confirmation behavior, uploaded imagery, colors, and desktop or mobile previews.
Intake Entry nodes now select a published form while retaining their own public links, campaign attribution, tenant-portal assignment, and Handoff paths.
Journey deployment pins the exact immutable form version, so later form drafts cannot silently change a live customer experience.
Existing inline intake forms are migrated into the tenant form library without changing their already-published links or historical journey versions.
Reliable workflow handoff returns
Fixed child workflows that returned Handoff but remained parked on the parent Website Chat node when a legacy wait setting was enabled.
Returned workflow outcomes now reliably take their matching parent path before downstream nodes such as Sales Assignment run.
Clarified in the editor that wait-after-return applies only when a nested workflow intentionally has no outgoing path.
Inspectable sales-team assignment
Added a visible Sales Assignment journey node that resolves the responsible location and sales contacts before a handoff is sent.
Assignment can reuse a website Location Match, recognize a club selected on an intake form, or evaluate a submitted town, address, or ZIP through the tenant’s location provider.
Sales Handoff and Notify Tenant can consume the recorded assignment while preserving explicit recipient overrides and complete runtime evidence.
Added Customer location as a standard reusable CRM field for consistent collection across chat and intake forms.
Location-aware customer routing
Added reusable tenant locations with addresses, service coverage, range limits, and location-specific sales contacts.
Added a Location Match journey node that uses Google Maps to rank branches by driving time and routes through inspectable outcomes.
Location-aware notifications and sales handoffs automatically use the matched branch’s assigned team when no node-specific recipients are selected.
Agency administrators can archive and restore tenants without deleting their customer history or authored journeys.
Cleaner customer entry and journey control
Removed consent checkboxes from hosted intake forms and replaced them with a concise response-permission notice.
Website chat now starts immediately when a visitor opens the launcher.
Lifecycle routing can resume a deployed journey at any runtime node.
The AAce sandbox origin is automatically allowed for every website deployment.
Tenant setup now includes a guided agent-role template covering voice, boundaries, terminology, priorities, and escalation.
Added an in-product version link and release-notes history.
Production email foundations
Separated campaign sending identity from the reply mailbox.
Added Amazon SES campaign readiness checks, safe test delivery, and provider event handling.
Kept AAce-to-tenant alerts separate from tenant-to-customer delivery providers.
Tracked responses and independent forms
Added tracked response buttons to campaign emails.
Allowed multiple independently deployed intake forms within one tenant journey.
Added two-way campaign, tenant-portal, and intake-node assignment controls.
Applied tenant branding to hosted intake forms and added tenant and widget image uploads.
Lead operations and handoffs
Introduced the standard Lead, Engaged Lead, Handoff, Human Requested, Lost Lead, and Customer lifecycle.
Added source-based funnel analytics with campaign and timeframe filters.
Added downloadable sales handoff packets and the Sales Handoff journey node.
